Haaaa... came across this word in yesterday's URBAN. Apparently iliac muscles will be the latest craze for men who are crazy about working out silly for a perfect bod. It is even more difficult to achieve than the 6-pack. They say this kind of things depends on genes too. I rest my case and stop dreaming instantly.
